A Time to remember our good old Postal Days !
There was a time not long ago when the khaki postman was the messenger of glad tidings for every family and the post office, a beehive of letters, money orders, applications and telegrams. Now they stand like a monument of the dying art of handwritten messages and brevity.
The students of MA International School got hands on experience in postcard writing as part of the post card essay competition organised nation wide by the Central ministry of Education and the Postal Department.
But the spirit was high as the students attempted diverse essays on topics of their choice - Unsung heroes of freedom struggle/ My vision for India in 2047. The best 10 essayists would get the golden chance to meet the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi.
It was indeed a proud moment for the School as it was the first institution to host this event in the Kerala Postal Circle.
